HI-FIVE Launches Second and Third Courses for Non-Clinical Patient Support and Administrative Roles

Hello fellow healthcare professionals!  If you have not had a chance to complete our training (or if you have and just cannot get enough of Care Coordination and Population Health), this is your opportunity!  HI-FIVE is pleased to announce our second and third role-tailored courses for healthcare professionals.

Course 2 is presented from the perspective of “social” or “peer” roles, or those that interact closely with patients and may not necessarily have a clinical background.  Examples of such roles are care coordinators, care/case managers, social workers, community health workers, and patient navigators.

Course 3 takes the perspective of a healthcare administrator and is geared towards executives, managers, analysts or support staff in administration, business, finance, or IT.  Not an administrator?  No problem.  We believe it is valuable for all individuals to complete the training and gain an understanding of challenges other professionals may face.

Thank you for joining us on our journey to train healthcare professionals.  We hope you share this opportunity with your colleagues and continue making strides to improve healthcare.

If you have comments and/or suggestions for HI-FIVE, let us know!  We are always looking to improve and identify ongoing areas for training.
